The Micro LED laser mass welding solution has achieved RGB three-color welding process for substrates above 12 inches, with a yield rate of over 99.99% (excluding abnormalities such as incoming chips). The Micro LED laser mass repair solution combines the AI integration system independently developed by Haimixing, which can automatically identify the repair location and match the micron-level light spot to remove small 5μm Micro LED chips. After the equipment is trimmed and combined with the subsequent core filling and welding processes, the panel lighting yield can reach 99.9999%. During the first half of the year, Haimuxing completed two major events. In January, Haimixing’s private placement of 1.964 billion yuan was approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The funds will be used for the construction of the Western Laser Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Base Project (Phase I) and the construction of Haimixing Laser Intelligent Manufacturing Center Project., and supplement working capital. In May, Haimuxing won the land in Longhua, Shenzhen, and plans to build a high-end laser and intelligent equipment R&D center and manufacturing base, covering applications in the fields of new energy batteries, photovoltaics, new displays, semiconductors, and consumer electronics. After the project is completed, it is expected to generate an average annual output value of more than 8 billion yuan.
