Recently, the first batch of Mini LED display cabinets in the Hunan smart factory of XuXian Future (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XuXian Future") were successfully lit recently. This is also Xu Xian’s third smart factory in the country that has successfully achieved mass production of new display products.
The Asahi Future Mini LED display module that was lit this time adopts COB flip-chip production technology. The micro-luminescent chips are directly packaged on the PCB circuit board through mass transfer technology, breaking the traditional SDue to the physical size limitations of the MD packaging process, it has technical advantages such as high definition, high reliability, high protection, and unlimited splicing, which can improve the visual experience of large-screen displays such as command and dispatch, conferences, monitoring, exhibitions, and other medium- and close-range display scenes.
It is reported that Xuxian Future Hunan Smart Factory Project started construction on July 28, 2023, and it took only 9 months to complete the project construction and installation and commissioning of process equipment, meeting the requirements for production. With the successful completion of the factory's first batch of Mini LED display boxes, it indicates that the Mini LED display module project has officially entered the expansion stage of production. The factory can produce 66,000 square meters of Mini LED display modules annually.
