Hongli Zhihui completed the registration of the establishment of a subsidiary in Thailand and accelerated its overseas market layout

+On April 10, Hongli Zhihui announced that the Thai company jointly established by the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary has completed the registration procedures for the establishment of the Thai company and obtained the registration certificate issued by the local administrative department.

+ The announcement shows that Hongli Zhihui held the eighth meeting of the sixth board of directors on January 14, 2026, and reviewed and approved the proposal to establish a Thai company, and agreed to jointly invest no more than 37.5 million yuan with its wholly-owned subsidiary Hongli (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd. to establish Hongli Zhihui (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

+In terms of equity structure, Hongli Hong Kong will invest no more than 30 million yuan and hold 80% of the shares; Hongli Zhihui will directly invest no more than 7.5 million yuan and hold 20% of the shares. In order to comply with local legal requirements, the company had two Thai natural persons as promoters in the early stages of its establishment. The shares were transferred to the company or Hongli Hong Kong on the day of establishment, achieving 100% control of the Thai company.

From the perspective of business positioning, the registered address of the Thai company is located at No. 155/9, Village 9, Bang Lakha Town, Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan Province, Thailand. Its business scope covers the research and development, design, production, assembly, sales and import and export of vehicle LED lights, lighting fixtures, light strips and related equipment, parts, modules and intelligent control systems, while also providing related technology development and consulting services.

Hongli Zhihui previously stated that this investment in establishing a Thai company will help the company improve its industrial layout, strengthen its international market supply capabilities, improve its response speed to global customers, enhance its global market competitiveness, and create sustained and stable returns for shareholders.
