Hongli Zhihui releases small-size CHIP LED products to enable backlight indication in multiple scene applications

This series of products adopts wafer-level vacuum packaging and nano-level phosphor spraying technology. The light efficiency conversion loss rate is less than 5%. It is designed with a wide viewing angle of 120°-140°, and the light is uniform without dark areas. The color temperature covers the entire range of 2700K–6500K, the color rendering index Ra>90, the color consistency is outstanding, and a full range of colors is available, adapting to diverse scenarios such as backlight display, status indication, and ambient lighting.

The products cover 1005, 1608, and 0805 series, with a minimum size of 1.0×0.5×0.4mm, which is more than 70% smaller than traditional packaging. The extremely small footprint can be easily embedded in extreme spaces such as TWS earphone shafts, smart watch crowns, AR glasses hinges, etc., releasing unlimited possibilities for product industrial design.

The quality has been rigorously tested in the LED industry for reliability and extreme environments. It has passed double 85, 1000 hot and cold shock tests, and 2000V ESD anti-static inspection. It is resistant to water and oxygen corrosion, has strong solder joint protection, and has an average trouble-free time of more than 100,000 hours. It is stable and reliable.
