Break through technical bottlenecks and start an AR image quality revolution
Optical waveguide virtual image display has long-term display defects such as uneven brightness and color distortion, which seriously affects the AR visual experience. In response to this industry pain point, JBD launched the industry's first AR optical waveguide image quality correction solution ARTCs and supporting mass production equipment ARTCs-WG in 2024. Through light engine side processing and proprietary image quality algorithms, this system improves the global brightness uniformity of MicroLED optical waveguide AR glasses from "<40%" to ">80%", and reduces the color difference ΔE from ">0.1" to "~0.02", effectively eliminating color distortion and graininess, and significantly improving the display quality of the optical waveguide.
While ensuring that the color light waveguide AR glasses achieve a thin and light design, the ARTCs image quality engine further releases the "high brightness, low power consumption, small size" and other advantages of MicroLED micro-displays, making the picture presentation more natural and vivid, greatly improving the user's visual experience.
