LED companies that do not put quality first are "hooligans"

Relationships that are not based on marriage are "hooligans". Similarly, LED companies that are not based on quality are also "hooligans." Product quality has been a commonplace topic, but it has never been greatly improved. The market is still flooded with low-priced and inferior products, which are confusing. Especially in the LED display industry, which has entered the era of meager profits, more manufacturers are unprofitable and can only start with the raw materials of products to reduce costs. You get what you pay for, and the cost is directly proportional to the quality of the product. As the cost decreases, the quality of the product will also decrease.

It is undeniable that the production technology of the LED display industry has entered a mature stage. So while the technology is improving, should we pay more attention to basic product quality issues? If every time we go to industrial product quality spot checks, we are repeatedly found to have unqualified LED display products, will this make you proud as a business owner? If your company's products frequently have problems when used, who will buy your products? Selling low-priced and low-quality products is undoubtedly a one-time purchase and it is difficult to win repeat customers. Furthermore, the consequences of low-priced and inferior LED displays cannot be ignored.

In recent years, there have been frequent accidents due to quality problems of LED displays, such as LED display screens catching fire, LED stage display screens collapsing, etc. At the 2010 Guangzhou International Lighting Festival, the main LED screen hanging outside the Guangzhou New Library and facing Huacheng Square suddenly caught fire; on December 16, 2011, the LED screen of Xizhimen Shopping Center in Beijing caught fire. At the end of the same month, the Transportation Building in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province LED display screens also suddenly caught fire; in 2013, display fires occurred again in Nigeria. In October of the same year, an electronic display screen at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport caught fire, causing heavy fire losses; in February 2014, the LED screen at the WCBA Beijing Arena burned out and smoked, etc.

Negative reports on the quality of LED displays have been common, and even intensified in 2015. On March 19, 2015, a large LED screen collapsed at the Imperial Theater in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The accident injured five dancers and one staff member, one of whom was seriously injured. Fortunately, his life was not in danger; in June 2015, a billboard on the post office building at Hubin North Yard on Huanghe Road in Sanmenxia caught fire, causing a fire on the billboard and outdoor LED display on the building; in 2015 On July 23, the Ruzhou City Plaza Cultural Livestock Special was suddenly hit by strong winds during a performance in the Ruzhou Theater Square. The background electronic screen slowly collapsed, injuring five actors. At about 5:30 on October 29, 2015, in the Guangxi Sports Center, the LED display screen and stage light stand being built for the concert suddenly collapsed. One person died and more than 10 people were injured.

Aren’t there enough lessons to be learned from so many accidents? There are serious loopholes in the quality and safety of LED displays, which we must pay attention to. As a manufacturer, you must be responsible for your products, your customers, and your industry. As a display screen user, you should also purchase rationally, pursue low cost on the basis of passing quality standards, and resolutely resist counterfeit and shoddy products.

Being a person is based on conscience, and products are based on quality. Product quality is not guaranteed. How can you compare with others? You don’t have to be more innovative than others with your products, but you need to control the basic product quality, don’t deceive consumers, and don’t discredit the industry.
