While actively preparing joint litigation materials, Lamp Video has submitted a "Report Letter on Fuman Electronics' Suspected Abuse of Market Dominance to Monopolize Related Chip Markets" to the China Optical and Optoelectronics Industry Association and the Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation.

Lamp Video was established in 2012. It is an entity enterprise focusing on the R&D and production of LED small-pitch and micro-pitch display panel products such as LED, MiniLED, MicroLED, TOPCOB and so on. In recent years, Fuman Electronics and its designated companies have been responsible for the supply of integrated circuit IC products required for Lamp Video's LED display products. In the past few months of transactions, the respondent repeatedly refused to perform the IC product supply contract without justifiable reasons and constantly demanded price increases, which caused great harm to the reporter's normal business activities, seriously affected the reporter's production schedule, the on-time fulfillment of subsequent orders, and the friendly relationship with downstream customers, and seriously squeezed the reporter's market survival space. Fumman Electronics' malicious price-gouging of IC chip products has caused serious disorder in the chip market and attracted the attention of relevant departments.
Under the huge pressure from upstream chip factories to continue to increase prices, a large number of LED small and medium-sized enterprises are facing bankruptcy or have no funds and cannot pay wages.
