The announcement shows that according to the "Articles of Association": the chairman is the legal representative of the company. Therefore, the legal representative of the company was changed to Mr. Peng Xuhui.

Peng Xuhui: Male, born in September 1981, holds a bachelor's degree in applied physics and a master's degree in theoretical physics from Hebei University of Technology. Joined Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. in 2007 and served successively as technology development engineer, deputy manager of the R&D center of Shanghai Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., manager of the domestic key account department of the marketing center, director of the manufacturing center of Chengdu Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., project director of Shanghai AVIC Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., deputy general manager and general manager of Chengdu Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., deputy general manager and general manager of Shanghai Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., and resigned as deputy general manager of Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd.
