Mulinsen’s 5.5 billion LED lighting project settles in Yiwu, expected to achieve annual revenue of 10 billion

It is understood that Mulinsen plans to apply for 600 acres of land in Yiwu Industrial Park and invest 5.5 billion yuan to build a production base with an annual output of 1 billion sets of LED lighting fixtures. It mainly produces LED lighting fixtures, semiconductor materials and supporting hardware materials. The project construction period is five years, and it is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of 10 billion yuan and provide employment for nearly 5,000-10,000 people.

As early as March this year, with the attention and support of the Yiwu Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the Park Management Committee and Mulinsen conducted multiple rounds of docking negotiations on the LED lighting project. Through unremitting efforts, both parties finally reached an agreement on investment in LED lighting projects recently.

Mulinsen Company is a leading comprehensive optoelectronic high-tech enterprise in China that integrates LED packaging and application products. It was listed on the Small and Medium-sized Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in February last year. In the second quarter of this year, LED sales ranked first in China and ninth in the world.

At present, the industrial park has introduced midstream and upstream companies such as Huacan Optoelectronics and Ruifeng Optoelectronics. This successful signing has improved the LED industry chain of the industrial park and added a boost to building an internationally competitive LED industry base. At the same time, Mulinsen's bid for Osram's lighting project is progressing smoothly. Once the bid is successful, Osram's lighting products will be produced in the industrial park, which will add an international business card to Yiwu.
