NVC Lighting's shareholders meeting dismissed Wu Changjiang with a large proportion of votes
NVC Lighting held a shareholders’ meeting in Hong Kong today to vote on “removing Wu Changjiang from his position as a director and from his position in any subcommittee of the company’s board of directors.”
The results showed that the shareholders' meeting passed a resolution to "remove Wu Changjiang as a director and any subcommittee of the company's board of directors" by a large proportion of votes. This shows that Wu Changjiang, the founder of NVC Lighting, as the last person on the board of directors of NVC Lighting and its affiliated companies as the original "NVC Group" executive, has also been completely purged from NVC Lighting.
Previously, Chairman Wang Donglei, who proposed the removal motion, stated that the two major shareholders, Schneider and SoftBank SAIF, had given him great support. According to the data, from the perspective of share capital structure, the shareholding ratios of the top three shareholders of Dehao Runda, SAIF and Schneider are 27.1%, 18.5% and 9.22% respectively.
