Hong Kong International Spring Lighting Fair, Hong Kong Smart Lighting Expo Organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the two exhibitions in 2025 are themed "Smart Green Future" and showcase a series of innovative and environmentally friendly lighting solutions to enhance smart living and promote sustainable development. More than 1,000 exhibitors will showcase a series of innovative lighting products and technologies, including green innovation, customized lighting, creative lighting, healthy lighting and smart technology, etc., presenting diverse industry trends. Among them, popular exhibition areas such as the "Smart Ecology and IoT Supply Chain Exhibition Area" of the Smart Lighting Expo and the "Brand Gallery" of the Spring Lighting Expo attracted many buyers. During the exhibition period, a total of about 15,000 high-quality buyers from 108 countries and regions were received to visit and negotiate in person.

The 2026 Spring Lighting Fair will launch new exhibition areas "Outdoor Lighting", "Leisure Lighting", and "Smart Commercial Display & Stage Audio", aiming to provide more detailed divisions for buyers to view the exhibition. 3. Spring and Autumn Light Replacement Policy

1. Participate in the Spring Lighting/Smart Lighting Show with an area of 8 square meters (any exhibition hall), and the Autumn Lighting Show can be expanded by 9 square meters (old exhibitors will be in the original exhibition hall in 2025, and new exhibitors will be on the third floor);

2. Participate in the Spring Lighting/Smart Lighting Exhibition with an area of 9 square meters (exhibition hall on the third floor), and the Autumn Lighting Exhibition can be expanded by 9 square meters (exhibition hall on the fifth floor);

3. Participate in the Spring Lighting Exhibition with an outdoor lighting exhibition area of more than 27 square meters, and receive a free on-site promotion plan for the 2026 Autumn Lighting Show;

4. Discount Discounts (discounts are not applicable to corner fees and exhibition packages)

1. Early registration discount:

Any exhibitor who registers and pays the full exhibition fee on or before December 31, 2025 can enjoy a 10% discount on booth fees.

2. Discount for old customers:

•Companies that have participated in the 2025 Hong Kong International Spring Lighting Fair can enjoy a 50% discount on booth fees;

•Companies that have participated in the Hong Kong Smart Lighting Expo in 2025 can enjoy a 50% discount on booth fees;

•Companies that have participated in the Hong Kong International Autumn Lighting Fair in 2025 can enjoy a 50% discount on booth fees;< p>•Companies that have participated in the Hong Kong International Outdoor and Technology Lighting Expo in 2025 can enjoy a 10% discount on booth fees;

•Companies that have participated in the Hong Kong International Eco-Expo in 2025 can enjoy a 10% discount on booth fees.

3. Exclusive discount for the exhibition area:

Exhibitors who apply for the green innovation, intelligent commercial display and stage sound and light exhibition areas can enjoy a 40% discount.

4. Courtesy discount:

Exhibitors with an exhibition area of 54 square meters or more at the 2026 Spring Lighting Show/Smart Lighting Expo can enjoy a 50% discount on booth fees.

* The above discounts can be used at the same time;

* In addition to the exclusive discounts for the exhibition area, exhibitors can enjoy up to 25% off;

* The discount does not apply to corner fees and exhibition packages;

* Our company reserves the right of final interpretation.

V. Related Fees

(1) Exhibition service fee: RMB 2,000/exhibitor

(2) Booth fee: If there is a significant change in the US dollar exchange rate, our company reserves the right to adjust the selling price;

VI. Exhibition procedures

Register and save the "Confirmation Application Page" as a web page or PDF format and send it to our company. The hktdc.com registration information is an important basis for the exhibition catalog and booth fascia board text. Please fill it in accurately.

2. Please remit the exhibition service fee and booth fee to the designated account when registering for the exhibition. Please indicate "2026 Hong Kong Spring Lighting Show/2026 Hong Kong Smart Lighting Show" when remitting. In accordance with the participation standards of international exhibitions and in line with the principles of voluntary participation and risk sharing, the exhibition service fee will not be refunded to companies that participate in the exhibition after registering. Since the number of booths is limited, companies are requested to register as early as possible. If the booths are sold out due to late registration, our company will refund the booth fee in full.

3. After receiving the above application and fees, our company will confirm the booths with each exhibitor and arrange relevant matters. Booth allocation will take into account the order of registration and payment. Our company reserves the right to allocate booths.

4. Exhibitors are requested to actively cooperate with our company’s exhibition organization work and handle various exhibition formalities in accordance with the procedures, progress and our company’s prompts. If an exhibitor is unable to participate due to failure to complete the procedures within the specified time or other reasons of its own, the booth fee and related fees will not be refunded, and the exhibitor must bear other expenses that have been incurred. Our company reserves the right to dispose of its booths.

5. Exhibitors must consciously abide by the laws and regulations of the countries and regions they pass through and where the exhibition is held, respect the intellectual property rights of others, and not display products and technologies that infringe or may be suspected of infringement at the exhibition; at the same time, exhibitors must also strengthen the protection of their own intellectual property rights. Any consequences arising from an exhibitor's violation of the laws and regulations of the countries and regions it passes through or where the exhibition is located (including suspected infringement, carrying or exhibiting contraband) shall be borne by the exhibitor. Our company does not assume responsibility.

6. If the exhibition plan cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure factors, the other party shall be notified in time. After confirmation, our company shall refund the remaining amount paid by the exhibitor except for the expenses incurred.
