Nova Nebula plans to cooperate with professional institutions to invest in the establishment of a venture capital fund

On July 15, Nova Nebula announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Xi'an High-Tech Industrial Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Xi'an West High-Tech Cornerstone Investment Fund Partnership to establish Xi'an West High-Tech Kunpeng Venture Capital Fund Partnership.

The total subscribed capital of the venture capital fund is 55 million yuan, of which Nova Nebula intends to serve as a limited partner and subscribe for no more than 35 million yuan of its own funds, holding 63.64% of the fund share.

Nova Nebula stated that the company plans to invest in strategic emerging industry-related fields through the establishment of a venture capital fund. It has undergone sufficient market research and professional feasibility demonstration. The business direction is in line with the national development strategy. The industry has broad room for growth and promising development prospects.

According to data, Nova Nebula's main business segments include LED display control systems, video processing systems and cloud-based information release and management systems. Its business products are widely used in LED display, ultra-high-definition video and other fields, providing full-link functional services to downstream end customers.

Nova Nebula actively responds to market demand and launches a variety of new products including testing equipment and integrated circuits for the Mini/Micro LED (MLED) field.
