Novision Technology completes Pre-A3 round financing, and its mass production line for Micro-LED micro-display chips has officially gone into operation.

According to news from the investment community on March 19, Norse Technology recently announced the completion of the Pre-A3 round of financing, with several institutions including Gree Financial Holdings and CITIC Construction Investment investing in the company. In addition, the first phase of Nostalgia Micro-LED micro-display chip mass production line has been officially put into production.

Since its establishment in 2021, Nostalgia Technology has been committed to the research and development and commercialization process of Micro-LED microdisplay chips, independently developed VSP (vertically stacked pixels) technology, and successfully broke the technical bottleneck that makes it difficult to miniaturize the pixel size of traditional microdisplays, achieving significant improvements in performance and yield.

As a representative of the new generation of display technology, Micro-LED has attracted much attention for its advantages such as high brightness, low power consumption, and long life. However, its complex production process and high cost have always been problems that need to be solved urgently in the industry. The VSP technology developed by NovoSphere Technology relies on its innovations in large-size epitaxial technology, homogeneous integration processes and precise non-destructive substrate removal methods to significantly reduce production costs. At the same time, outstanding achievements have been made in increasing pixel density and improving performance.

In September 2023, Nose Technology successfully opened up the VSP process, realized wafer-level integration of AlGaInP and GaN material systems, and lit up the three-color stacked engineering wafer. In April 2024, Nose Technology successfully lit up the world's first XGA vertically stacked full-color MiCR. o-LED micro-display chip, which is based on the WLVSP technology platform and integrates RGB three-color and CMOS driver backplane, marking a major breakthrough of Nostalgia Technology in the field of Micro-LED technology. In August of the same year, Nostalgia Technology successfully launched mass-production single-chip full-color XGA. The peak brightness of Micro-LED chips exceeds 500,000 nits, further consolidating the company's leading position in the field of Micro-LED micro-displays

The commissioning of the mass production line is a key step in the commercial transformation process of Micro-LED micro-display technology. In March 2024, Novision Technology began to build a mass production line for Micro-LED micro-display chips. With its profound accumulation in the field of chip technology and mass production, and the team worked hard day and night, and successfully put into production in March 2025, which took less than a year. With the further release of mass production line capacity, Novo Technology will provide high-performance Mics for AR/MR wearable devices, micro-projection systems, HUD (head-up displays), and digital car lights.ro-LED microdisplay chips and provide customized microdisplay solutions for downstream customers.
