Shandong will establish a provincial-level Yuanshi Industrial Innovation and Development Alliance

On March 21, 2022, seven departments including the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology jointly released the "Shandong Province Three-Year Action Plan to Promote the High-Quality Development of the Virtual Reality Industry (2022-2024)". It will take three years to cultivate and promote hundreds of application scenarios and solutions in the province to create a domestically first-class and internationally competitive 100-billion-level virtual reality industry highland.

In September 2022, "Jinan City Promotes the Ecological Innovation Development of the Metaverse" Action Plan (2022-2025)" will cultivate more than 100 Yuanverse enterprises, and the scale of Yuanverse-related industries will reach 100 billion, becoming a new driving force for the development of the city's digital economy.

In October 2022, Qingdao Shinan District issued "Several Policies and Measures to Promote the High-Quality Development of the Metaverse Industry", which is the province's first high-quality development policy focusing on the Metaverse content production ecology.

On January 13, 2023, Zhou Naixiang, the governor of Shandong Province, proposed in his government work report that we should promote the breakthrough development of digital industries such as integrated circuits, ultra-high-definition video, and virtual reality, and support the construction of the Yuanshi Industrial Park in Weifang.
