T/CVIA 145-2024 "Visual Test Method for Micro LED Display Quality" standard specifies the test conditions and test methods for human eyes to judge the quality of Micro LED displays. It is suitable for the detection of visually identifiable defects in Micro LED displays for mobile phones, watches, vehicles, TVs and other applications (viewing distance between 10 cm and 10 meters).
T/CVIA 146-2024 "General Specifications for Light-emitting Chips for Micro LED Displays" standard stipulates the Micro LED for displayThe performance requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, etc. of optical chips are applicable to Micro LED light-emitting chips for display. The release of the two standards has filled the gap in the industry and further improved the standard system in the Micro LED field. It has important guiding significance for regulating industry competition, improving product quality, promoting high-quality development of the industry, and realizing a virtuous cycle in the industry. It also provides strong support for the development of Micro LED technology.
