It is reported online that Royole Technology's assets have been taken over by panel manufacturer Huike Co., Ltd. Currently, Huike Co., Ltd. personnel have settled in, and the sign at the entrance of the factory has been changed to Huike Co., Ltd.

Tianyancha information shows that Huike Co., Ltd. has now established a new company here, called Huike Co., Ltd. Innovative Semiconductor Display Branch. Further information inquiry showed that "Huike Co., Ltd. Innovative Semiconductor Display Branch" was established on February 12 this year, and its registered address is Shenzhen City - Longgang District - Pingdi Street - Gaoqiao Community - Longgang Huike Industrial Park, and the community party and mass service center of Gaoqiao Community is near the flexible display base.

Royole Display Company’s assets have been auctioned many times before, and the price was reduced from the initial 1.23 billion yuan to 787 million yuan, but still no one cared.

Then separate auctions began, such as separate auctions of vehicles, equipment, land, etc.

According to the official website of Alibaba Judicial Auction, Royole Display’s 12 sets of real estate and a batch of equipment assets located in Royole International Flexible Display Industrial Park, Pingdi Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen were sold on January 25, 2025, with an auction price of 503.9 million yuan.

According to media reports, the relevant departments have set higher thresholds for bidders this time:

1. The permitted industry category is ultra-high-definition video display;

2. The bidder should be a corporate legal person registered in Shenzhen;

3. The bidder or its controlling parent company has been engaged in the permitted industry of the land for no less than 3 years.

At present, Huike does meet the bidder's conditions very well.

It should be noted that the monthly production line maintenance cost of the production base is about 5 million yuan, which mainly includes electricity fee of 3.3 million yuan, water fee of 100,000 yuan, security fee of 110,000 yuan, liquid nitrogen fee of 300,000 yuan, and employee wages and social security of about 1.2 million yuan.

The auction information shows that from the date the buyer completes the auction, the production line maintenance costs will be borne by the buyer.
