Stan Technology connects to DeepSeek to deeply empower display technology innovation with AI

On February 12, Stan Technology officially announced that it has accessed the DeepSeek R1 model. Through continuous training and fine-tuning of vertical field data, it has created the first AI intelligent engine focused on the Micro-LED display field - the "Luanxiao" large model. This move marks a key step taken by Stan Technology in the field of "AI+MicroLED" deep integration innovation, setting a new benchmark for the intelligent upgrading of the industry.


Micro-LED technology is regarded as the core direction of next-generation display technology due to its high brightness, high resolution, low power consumption and other characteristics. However, its research and development involves complex material science, semiconductor process and optical design, and there are challenges such as high technical threshold and long research and development cycle.

The "Yuanxiao" large model deployed by Stan Technology this time will be based on massive industry data and the company's years of accumulated research and development experience to build multi-dimensional intelligent analysis capabilities such as material and process optimization, defect detection and yield improvement, and intelligent adaptation of terminal scenarios.




Stan Technology incorporates the Micro-LED intellectual property technology library and experimental data accumulated over more than ten years into the training system, through "pre-training + domain fine-tuning"model, the "Yuanxiao" large-scale model has a deep understanding of the technical logic and business needs of the micro-display industry, and gradually formed Stan Technology's unique "AI expert system" to focus on technology value transformation.


On the R&D side, establish an interdisciplinary knowledge map to connect materials science, semiconductor physics and optical engineering, breaking through the traditional trial-and-error R&D model.


On the production side, a three-dimensional control model of process parameters-equipment status-environmental variables is constructed, and the yield improvement goal is directed to a new height in the industry.


On the application side, customized module optimization solutions are output for scenarios such as AR glasses optical waveguide adaptation and vehicle display ambient light confrontation.

Different from general-purpose large models, Stan Technology's "Yuanxiao" large model will follow the iterative strategy of "scene-driven, small steps and fast running". It is expected that in the future it will expand from the mass production process to the entire chain of links such as supply chain intelligent scheduling and market demand forecasting to build a smart center for the Micro-LED industry.
