TCL CSOT Electronic Paper Business Subsidiary Officially Unveiled

Recently, the unveiling ceremony of Zhejiang Xingyong Electronics Co., Ltd., invested and operated by TCL Huaxing, was held grandly in Xingyong Park, Jiashan, Jiaxing. This unveiling marks a new stage for TCL Huaxing’s electronic paper business, marking another key step in the layout of the new display industry in the Yangtze River Delta.

TCL Huaxing said that since the start of preparations, Zhejiang Xingyong Electronics has successfully completed industrial and commercial registration and production line preparations, and officially landed in Jiashan, Jiaxing. This unveiling ceremony is not only a successful conclusion to the preliminary preparation work, but also a new starting point for the company to set sail and deepen its e-paper machine business.

Zhang Feng, senior vice president of TCL Huaxing, pointed out that the current display industry is at a critical node of deep integration of the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence. Future screens must not only be "clearer", but also "greener, smarter, and better aware of scenes." This is the original intention of the birth of Zhejiang Xingyong. He emphasized that the establishment of Zhejiang Xingyong is an unprecedented deep vertical integration in the display ecological chain. TCL CSOT combines hard-core semiconductor display panel technology and advanced production capacity with its leading advantages in the electronic paper field to achieve seamless integration.

Qichacha shows that Zhejiang Xingyong Electronics Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 20 million yuan, and its business scope includes: mobile terminal equipment manufacturing; mobile terminal equipment sales; electronic (gas) physical equipment and other electronic equipment manufacturing, etc. The company's shareholders are TCL Huaxing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (70% shareholding), Zhejiang Dongfang Kemai Electronics Co., Ltd. (20% shareholding) and Shenzhen Zhihe Development Technology Co., Ltd. (10% shareholding).

TCL Huaxing pointed out that the establishment of Zhejiang Xingyong Electronics Co., Ltd. is an important step for TCL Huaxing to improve its e-paper business layout and expand downstream machine manufacturing. It is also a strategic move for the group to deeply explore new displays and strengthen industrial synergy in the Yangtze River Delta.
