66 types of production equipment were put in place within 45 days, and the first production equipment was successfully settled in the production workshop on November 22. On December 3, the two newly built production lines of the Mini LED production department successfully completed debugging and started trial production.
According to data, TCL Industrial Pan-Smart Screen BU Manufacturing Center is the largest manufacturing center under TCL Industrial, with nearly 10,000 employees. It is mainly engaged in the production, design and manufacturing of pan-Smart Screens (TVs, various smart screen products and accessory products).

In February 2024, with the sinking of Mini LED technology and the surge in front-end demand, the second phase of the Mini LED manufacturing capacity project of Pan-Smart Screen BU was officially launched.
By focusing on both the second-phase trial production and the first-phase mass production delivery, the project team achieved trial production and mass production of the 65T7K on the newly built line body, and quickly completed the production ramp-up of the 85T7K to deliver the first batch of 4,000 units with zero feedback defective rate.
In order to cope with market delivery pressure and rapid growth in production capacity demand, and to support the in-depth implementation of the Mini LED + large screen strategy, in May 2024, the Phase III project of Mini LED manufacturing capacity was launched urgently. On September 3, six lines of the new workshop were successfully powered on for trial production.
As of September, the COB workshop of the Mini LED production department of the movement factory plans to invest in the construction of 8 fully automatic high-speed Mini LED production lines, with 28 types of 280 production equipment, which can process LED chips with a minimum wafer size of 80*80μm and produce a maximum size of 1The 200*460mm light panel is equipped with a full range of 21-120-inch Mini LED backlight modules, with an annual processing capacity of 1.71 billion Mini LEDs.
Now, with the official launch of the fourth phase of the Mini LED project, the production capacity of TCL's pan-smart screen BU manufacturing center will be improved again.
