The foundation of Yuanheng Optoelectronics headquarters base was laid, and outdoor Mini LED and other products will be put into production in 2025.

On March 4, the groundbreaking ceremony of Yuanheng Optoelectronics (Greater Bay Area) Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters Base was held in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone. With a total investment of 400 million yuan, the project will create a manufacturing base integrating R&D, design, production and sales. After the project is completed, it is expected to be able to manufacture 1 billion square meters of LED displays every year. After the project reaches full production, the annual output value is expected to be approximately 816 million yuan, and the annual tax revenue is expected to be 40.8 million yuan.

Data show that Yuanheng Optoelectronics is an optoelectronic enterprise cultivated and held by Han's Yuanheng. The company focuses on the research and development, production, sales and engineering installation services of small-pitch and MiniLED outdoor ultra-high-definition video display equipment. At present, Yuanheng Optoelectronics has established three major R&D and production bases: the Greater Bay Area Headquarters Base (Shenzhen Headquarters), South China (Fujian) Manufacturing Base, and East China (Shandong) Manufacturing Base.

In 2014, Yuanheng Optoelectronics was listed on the New OTC Market. According to financial report data, driven by LED traffic screens, LED displays, and LED lighting products, Yuanheng Optoelectronics achieved revenue of 548 million yuan in 2022, a year-on-year increase of approximately 32%; it achieved net profit attributable to the parent company of 33 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10%.

In the first half of 2023, Yuanheng Optoelectronics achieved revenue of 316 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 22 million yuan, both of which increased compared with the same period in 2022.

With the foundation of the Zhongshan project, Yuanheng Optoelectronics’ R&D and production capabilities will be further expanded.The company's performance is expected to grow simultaneously in the future.

At the project foundation laying ceremony, Yuanheng Optoelectronics stated that in order to achieve the goal of rapid project implementation, the company will fully promote the construction of the Greater Bay Area manufacturing headquarters project in 2024, promote the implementation of the Yuanheng Optoelectronics (Greater Bay Area) intelligent manufacturing headquarters base project, build a new R&D center, experimental center, production factory and brand operation center, achieve mass production of outdoor MiniLED, intelligent transportation and other products, and strive to achieve an annual output value of more than 1 billion yuan within 5 years.

In addition to laying the foundation for the intelligent manufacturing headquarters base in Zhongshan, in January this year, Yuanheng Optoelectronics’ Central China New Display Intelligent Manufacturing Base project also signed a contract with Xin County, Henan Province. The project has a total investment of 550 million yuan. It mainly produces high-end display screens and creates LED industry chain projects including electronic packaging components and high-end precision structural parts projects.
