On March 24, Skyworth Digital announced that in order to further promote the company's production capacity layout, the company held the sixth meeting of the 12th Board of Directors on March 21, 2025, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Investment and Construction of the Phase II Project of Huizhou Skyworth Digital Industrial Park" to invest in the construction of the second phase of the Huizhou Skyworth Digital Industrial Park project in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province.

According to reports, the project is located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, with a total investment of no more than 932 million yuan and is constructed in two plots. Among them, the ZKC-63-21 plot has started construction in 2024, with a total investment of no more than 582 million yuan; the ZKC-64-03 plot has been planned and is expected to start construction in 2025, with a total investment of no more than 350 million yuan. It is planned to build a production base and R&D-related supporting buildings. The source of project funds is its own funds, and the construction period is expected to be no more than 36 months.

Skyworth Digital stated that Huizhou has obvious advantages in being located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and close to Shenzhen.
