Zhongjing Electronics’ Mini LED mass production process has made new progress

Recently, Zhongjing Electronics’ two major production bases in Huizhou and Zhuhai have made new progress in the Mini LED mass production process.

According to reports, Zhongjing Electronics' "Mini LED display packaging substrate key technology" has received relevant domestic technology evaluations as early as 2019. However, as Mini LEDs develop towards higher density and thinner forms, the original production process faces yield fluctuations and equipment adaptation problems, which puts forward higher requirements for manufacturing capabilities.

In order to deal with technical problems that arise during the expansion of the production line, the company established a "dual-base technical joint war room". A special team was formed under the leadership of the operations management center to carry out joint research on equipment parameters, process routes and production systems.

Huizhou Zhongjing builds a process baseline based on mass production experience, while Zhuhai Zhongjing relies on its HDI precision manufacturing advantages to break through micro-hole processing and realize real-time sharing of process parameters through a dual-base data platform. After more than 200 sets of experiments and multiple process parameter adjustments, the team successfully controlled the ink color consistency to 90%, with a P value of 0.937, gold infiltration plating, and no Kasa short-circuit.

According to public information, Zhongjing Electronics was established in 2000 and focuses on the R&D, production and sales of rigid multi-layer circuit boards, high-density interconnect boards, flexible circuit boards and mounting, rigid-flexible boards and other products, providing one-stop PCB solutions.

The company is headquartered in Zhongkai High-tech Zone, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. It owns multiple manufacturing bases, including Huizhou Zhongjing, Zhuhai Zhongjing, Zhongjing Yuansheng and the Zhongjing Semiconductor Project under preparation.
