Total investment is 800 million yuan! BOE High-End Display Materials Research Institute Project Settled in Yantai

Recently, the construction land for the BOE High-end Display Materials Research Institute project was announced. The project is built by Yantai BOE Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and is located in the B-9 community of Yantai Development Zone, east of Beijing Middle Road and south of Bajiao Henan Street.

According to reports, the project focuses on building a research and development base for advanced materials and will become a high-end materials research, production and sales headquarters upon completion. The project land area is 33344 square meters (50 acres). The land use is industrial land (M0), with a construction area of 54544.21 square meters, a floor area ratio of 1.54, a green space rate of 14.85%, a building density of 46.7%, and 77 parking spaces above ground and 153 underground, including 77 charging parking spaces, accounting for 33.48%.

The project land is an inverted trapezoid as a whole, with the No. 1 production workshop on the north side, a 4-story Class C first-class factory building, and the overall shape is an inverted A shape. In the middle is the No. 2 2-story Class C second-class factory building, and on the southernmost side is the No. 3 shift dormitory. It is a 6-story civil second-class building with a total of 78 double rooms, 30 single rooms, and 2 barrier-free double rooms, totaling 110 rooms, with a maximum service of 190 people.

In the company, BOE Materials invested 464 million yuan in monetary funds, accounting for 58% of the total investment; Wanrun Co., Ltd. invested 160 million yuan in monetary funds, accounting for 20% of the total investment; Deppon Technology invested 144 million yuan in monetary funds, accounting for 18% of the total investment; Yeda Economic Development invested 32 million yuan in monetary funds, accounting for 4% of the total investment.
