The number of 5G IoT terminal connections exceeds 100 million, and the 5G application penetration rate of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises reaches 45%. The participation of 5G-A international standards continues to deepen, the 5G domestic industry standard system is accelerated and improved, and the 5G converged application standards exceed 150.

The Plan focuses on "application upgrading, promoting multi-dimensional depth empowerment", "industrial upgrading, building full chain development support", "network upgrading, improving full scene service capabilities", "ecological upgrading, strengthening multi-level collaborative innovation" and other aspects to make a series of deployments.

Among them, in terms of application upgrades, the Plan proposes to accelerate the application innovation of 5G new calls, naked-eye 3D, cloud mobile phones, 5G messaging, etc., and achieve a scale of 100 million 5G new call users. Promote the deep integration of 5G and AI to enhance interactive videoand other new interactive experiences.
