It is reported that Huike Liuyang Mini-LED project has a total investment of 9 billion yuan and was officially signed on January 9 this year. The project covers an area of about 109 acres. The core construction content is Mini-LED backlight/direct display module and complete machine production line, which will adopt advanced COB technology. After being put into production, the project products will cover two core fields. The first area is Mini-LED backlight modules required for LCD TVs, automotive and other display products, and the second area is Mini-LED direct display boxes and Mini-LED all-in-one machines.
It is noteworthy that this project will rely on Huike's world premiere 116-inch RGB Mini-LED technology and ultra-precision manufacturing capabilities will not only fill the gap in Hunan Province's COB process technology field, but also help enterprises build a vertically integrated industrial ecosystem of "panel + module + complete machine", further strengthen the company's core competitiveness in the display industry, and inject strong impetus into the high-quality development of the regional electronic information industry.
In fact, 2025 is a critical year for Huike to intensively deploy in the new display field and accelerate production capacity expansion. In addition to the Liuyang Mini-LED project, many key projects have been launched or made important progress. In the southwest region, Huike's electronic paper production base in Guizhou, Gui'an was officially put into operation in May, with a total project investment of 5.5 billion yuan. It mainly produces electronic paper display modules, smart wearable product display modules, etc., with an annual output value of approximately 7 billion yuan after full production, which will help promote smart technology. Low-carbon transformation in retail, green transportation and other fields; during the same period, the Nanchong full-color M-LED new display chip base with a total investment of 10 billion yuan was signed and launched, with a planned monthly production capacity of 1 million pieces, filling the gap in the high-end chip manufacturing field in Northeast Sichuan. In the central region, the first phase of Huike’s Zhengzhou new display base project was officially put into operation in March. It is the largest single smart manufacturing base in the global TV industry. The investment in the first phase of the project is about 3 billion yuan. After reaching production, the annual output value will be about 8 billion yuan, further improving the layout of the "core screen network terminal" industry chain. In addition, the Mianyang Mini LED Phase I project started construction in February, planning to build backlight module and direct display module production lines to continue to strengthen the synergy of the electronic information industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.
