On April 24, Xinshijia announced that it has officially completed the A1 round of financing of several hundred million yuan. This round of financing was led by Sichuan Xingchuan, a subsidiary of Sichuan Industrial Fund, as a strategic investment, and a number of industrial capital and financial institutions participated, injecting strong impetus into the company's accelerated construction and large-scale mass production.
The funds raised in this round will be used for the construction of K5 base production line, technology research and development iteration and market expansion. It is reported that the total investment of Xinshijia Sichuan K5 base is 1 billion yuan, focusing on the two major product lines of flexible OLED and silicon-based OLED high-definition display modules, targeting high-end smart wear, vehicle display and AR/VR and other fields. The project was capped in January this year.
CoreView has more than 100 core independent intellectual property rights in the field of silicon-based OLED technology. Its products are mainly used in high-end scenarios such as AR/VR, electronic viewfinders, and vehicle-mounted displays, and have the ability to deliver in large quantities.
In addition to the capping of the K5 project, on January 13 this year, Xinshijia also announced the completion of the clean workshop decoration project of its K3 factory and the entry of the first production equipment, marking that Jiangxi Xinshijia has the large-scale manufacturing capability of high-end OLED modules.
The K3 factory has a total investment of 1 billion yuan and will be constructed in two phases: the first phase plans to produce 12 million sets of flexible OLED modules per year, equipped with 2 fully automatic production lines; the second phase will add an annual output of 2.5 million sets of silicon-based OLED modules, also equipped with 2 fully automatic production lines. After the project reaches full production, the annual output value is expected to exceed 1 billion yuan.
In addition, in December 2025, Xinshijia's 12-inch silicon-based OLED production line (K2 project) was successfully lit up, with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan and a planned monthly production capacity of 4,000 wafers. The products are mainly targeted at AR/VR/MR applications. Earlier, the K1 factory in Huainan, Anhui was put into operation in April 2023. It mainly produces silicon-based OLED microdisplays, flexible OLEDs, and vehicle display modules, with an annual output value of approximately 200 million yuan.
