The Micro LED chip AOI mass inspection equipment shipped by Yiben Technology this time adopts ultra-wide field, high NA, micro-line scan optical imaging system and high-throughput image processing algorithm technology, which can effectively monitor and control the yield of mass inspection and transfer processes. The main feature of the equipment is that it can detect Micro LED COW (chip on wafer) or COC (chip on Defect or position measurement of tens of millions of core particles on a carrier wafer, and can detect defects and offsets as small as sub-micron.
It is reported that Yibei Technology is a professional equipment supplier focusing on the field of compound semiconductor wafer-level inspection. In July 2022, it launched the first set of Mic in China.ro LED wafer-level PL photoluminescence mass testing equipment α-INSPEC series passed the acceptance of the head customer in early 2023, and subsequently received batch repeat orders from the customer.
Since the second half of 2023, Yiben Technology has continued to obtain orders from leading customer groups in the Micro LED industry and quickly entered the mass production stage. As of today, it has completed stable and continuous delivery of multiple batches and sets of orders.
