Yuanfang Optoelectronics signed a "Letter of Intent for Asset Transfer" with Advanced Optoelectronics on January 7. The company or its wholly-owned subsidiary plans to purchase Advanced Optoelectronics-related assets to expand the company's LED business. The total transaction price does not exceed 65 million yuan. The company's stock closed at the daily limit when trading resumed on the 9th.

Yuanfang Optoelectronics stated that the above-mentioned acquisition project is still in the intention stage of communication and negotiation. The two parties have not yet signed a legally binding formal contract or agreement, and the company has not injected funds into the above-mentioned proposed acquisition project. Therefore, the termination of the above-mentioned acquisition will not have any actual impact on the company's current profits and losses and shareholders' equity.
