The location of the LED display is at an angle of about 60 degrees to the opposite highway, which has a greater impact on vehicles traveling from north to south on the viaduct. The LED display has less impact on vehicles traveling from south to north on the highway.

LED company: Will consider citizens’ opinions
The reporter learned that this large LED display is owned by a company called "Hairui Media". The reporter contacted the manager of Hairui Media, who said that their large LED screen was built in 2010 and was approved by the Changchun Jingyue District Management Committee.
The manager said that the company is very concerned about the "light pollution" problem of LED displays. If citizens think that the brightness of the screen affects traffic safety, the company will further reduce the brightness of the LED display. In accordance with relevant national regulations, the brightness of the screen is regulated. The brightness of the screen is about 30%, and advertisements are played for about 10 hours a day on average.
