Zhonggui Optoelectronics received over 150 million orders from domestic head panel manufacturers

Recently, China Conductor Optoelectronics received a large order of over 150 million yuan from a domestic head flat panel display panel manufacturer. According to reports, in this order, the company has achieved 100% supply of OLED front-end array testing equipment.

China Conductor Optoelectronics stated that in this cooperation, the leading customer used domestically produced 0.4μm OLED front-end high-precision inspection equipment for the first time, breaking the market monopoly of foreign manufacturers and marking my country's full realization of domestic substitution of front-end inspection equipment in the field of high-end OLED manufacturing equipment.

According to reports, as the core process in the manufacturing of flat-panel display OLED panels, the Array process directly determines the circuit accuracy, product yield and display quality of the panel. It is a key quality control link for achieving large-scale mass production of high-resolution high-end panels. Among them, 0.4μm-level ultra-high-precision detection is a recognized technical difficulty in the industry. Previously, this field has been firmly controlled by foreign manufacturers for a long time.

Data show that Zhonggui Optoelectronics focuses on the research and development, production and sales of flat-panel displays and semiconductor wafer automatic optical inspection (AOI) equipment. The product line covers inspection equipment for mainstream display technologies such as TFT-LCD and OLED. The company has become a front-line Array testing supplier for panel manufacturers such as BOE, TCL CSOT, and Tianma Microelectronics, and its products are applied in batches to multiple high-generation mass production lines.

According to information disclosed by Binet, entering 2026, China Conductor Optoelectronics Testing Equipment has successively won the bids for Hefei Guoxian's 8.6th generation OLED production line project and Yuansheng Optoelectronics' 5.5th generation AM-OLED organic light-emitting display device project. The projects are backed by Visionox and BOE respectively.
