community is jointly initiated by Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, National Defense University and other 89 colleges and universities, Dean Guang Institute of Science and Technology, China Shipbuilding Institute 717, China Arms 205, China Electronics Science and Technology 11, Pengcheng Laboratory and other 33 scientific research institutions, Huawei, China Electronics, ZTE, Huagong Technology, Yongfei Optical Fiber and other 65 enterprises, China Optical Society, China Optical Optics and Optoelectronics Industry Association and other 6 industry associations.
