Dehu Coating Film won orders from leading panel companies

Recently, Dehu Coating Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dehu Coating") announced that it has received an order contract for a complete set of equipment such as G5 mass production coating, (H)VCD, HP, cleaning, development, and oven from the panel head company. It is reported that this is the first order for a complete set of large-size coating equipment for mass production that the company has received in the display field so far.

Information shows that Dehu Coating Film focuses on R&D, pilot testing, and mass production of a series of precision solution coating equipment, systems and overall solutions. The products can be used in flat panel displays, perovskite solar cells, integrated circuit chips and other fields. The company's downstream customers include TCL Huaxing Optoelectronics, Visionox, Shenzhen Tianma and other enterprises.

In December 2025, the company's world's first G4.5 mass-produced graphic slit coating equipment for flat panel displays was accepted by the customer's IAT and completed delivery. Based on the conventional flat-panel display coating machine, this equipment adds a graphics function to evenly coat the liquid in a fixed area on the substrate and ensure the uniformity in each area and the uniformity of the large board.

In the same month, Dehu Coating passed the relevant assessment and became the leading unit of a high-generation panel manufacturing core equipment project. The project has an investment of hundreds of millions of yuan and is participated by 6 top domestic flat-panel display research and industry research institutes and enterprises. A commercial G8.6 OLED flexible substrate slit coating system will be developed within 3 years, including slit coating machine, HVCD, high temperature and high cleanliness oven, cleaner, robot, online detection, automation integration and other modules. Among them, high-temperature and high-clean Ovenn is the most difficult to develop and has the most commercial value. Currently, only two companies in South Korea can supply it.

Dehu Coating Film stated that the company already has the ability to develop key slit coaters and HVCD, and will launch the first domestically produced flexible substrate G8.6 slit coater and HVCD equipment products in 2026.
