Li Fuhai said that under the background of the trend of domestic substitution, the domestic automotive lighting market has huge space and the market will continue to grow in the future. In terms of healthy lighting, Nationstar Optoelectronics showcased its Eyelove series of products, including DL natural light, EC healthy light, EP comfort light and MS smart light series, which feature high solar spectrum fit, low blue light, high display color, and intelligent dimming.

Gallium nitride leads the upgrade of LED drive power industry

At the exhibition, Nationstar launched gallium nitride power device products and LED drive power solutions for magnetic light power supplies, cabinet light power supplies, wall plug fast charging panels and other scenarios. This series of products covers 35W fast charging to 400W LED drive power supplies.

Cheng Bin, director of third-generation semiconductor R&D at Nationstar Optoelectronics, said that gallium nitride power devices have the characteristics of small internal resistance, fast recovery, and large bandgap, and are particularly suitable for application scenarios with high power density, high voltage, and high temperature resistance. In the field of LED lighting, gallium nitride devices can significantly reduce the size of lighting power supplies, improve efficiency, and reduce system costs. They are an ideal choice for the next generation of LED power supplies.
