Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition Notice on the application methods and procedures for admission documents (preparation and dismantling of the exhibition)

The 30th Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE) will be held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex from June 9-12, 2025. In order for your company to successfully complete the booth construction work, please read the following matters carefully:

Exhibitors with raw space can start on June 6, and exhibitors with standard booths can start on June 7. They can register in advance at the on-site exhibitor registration office with a copy of the contract and company name card, and then go to the card collection office with the receipt to collect the exhibitor card.

Special reminder:

1. If you have standard booth exhibitors who want to add additional exhibition equipment and other equipment, please confirm with the main contractor of the conference and pay the relevant fees before registration.

2. Before checking in, raw space exhibitors should confirm with the entrusted contractor and pay the deposit, electricity bill and construction safety management fee for the raw space booth construction.

3. For small exhibits that need to be parked and driven, area A can be entered through door 6, and area B can be entered through door 3. They can leave immediately after loading and unloading.

*Notes

Passport for exhibition preparation and dismantling personnel

1. Object of use: Personnel who need to enter the exhibition hall to engage in booth installation, cargo transportation/loading and equipment installation, etc. during the exhibition preparation and dismantling period are required to apply for a pass.

2. Charging standard: 40 yuan for each certificate (10 yuan for free personal accident insurance); at the same time, apply for a new ID card deposit in the system, and you need to pay a 1,000 yuan deposit before applying for a construction worker certificate.

Note: During the exhibition preparation and dismantling period, the exhibition hall staff will conduct inspections of unlicensed construction workers, take photos and register the booths. Every time an unlicensed construction worker is found in the booth, 100 yuan will be deducted from the certificate application deposit until the deduction is exhausted. If the deposit is deducted, the on-site certificate service point of the exhibition hall will suspend the certificate application unit. A certificate application deposit of 1,000 yuan must be paid again to activate the certificate application qualification. The remaining deposit will be fully refunded through the original payment method.

3. Certificate validity period: The pass is valid during the exhibition preparation and dismantling period specified in the certificate, and there is no need to apply for a certificate again. For exhibitions held in phases, certificates are required for each phase.

4. Process for applying for refund of witness deposit: Log in to the account and find the user center. Find the deposit information in the user center. There will be a button to apply for refund on the right.

Exhibition preparation and dismantling truck access pass

1. Use object: Freight vehicles transporting installation materials, exhibits and equipment in and out of the exhibition hall during the exhibition preparation and dismantling period.

2. Charging standard: 50 yuan per vehicle per certificate, with a deposit of 300 yuan.

3. Certificate validity period and deposit refund: Every time the vehicle passes the entrance and exit verification timing points within the validity period of the vehicle license, it is regarded as a valid period (one vehicle license can only enter and exit one museum once), and the free stay time for that entry is 150 minutes. Overtime charges will be deducted from the deposit (50 yuan will be deducted for every half hour, and the remaining balance will be returned to the original route until all deductions are made.)

Enter from the auxiliary door No. 1, wait at the middle road of the car exhibition hall on the first floor and South Road of the exhibition hall in Area A; wait at the north square of Area A on the second floor. Private cars or Lalamove vehicles enter through Gate 8 and enter the underground parking lot in Area A.

Enter from the auxiliary gate No. 3 and enter the Northeast parking lot to wait; if you use a private car or Lalamove minivan, enter the No. 2 gate and enter the North Square of Area B.

Private cars and buses during the development period

Area A

Enter from Gate 8 to the underground parking lot or the north square of Area A.

Area B

Enter through gates 2 and 3 and enter the North Square and Northeast Square of Area B.

Long and medium-sized buses

Enter through Gate 5 and enter Zhanchang South Road, Area B.

Restricted hours for non-Guangzhou-registered passenger cars, restricted on weekdays:

Morning peak hours (7:30-9:00) and evening peak hours (17:00-19:00) restrict the passage of non-Guangzhou-registered passenger cars in the control area.

‌Weekends and holidays‌: No restrictions. However, when making up work on weekends after holidays, which is equivalent to working days, travel restrictions will also be implemented. The restricted area has a border length of approximately 100 kilometers and a restricted area of approximately 600 square kilometers, covering almost all major functional areas in Guangzhou (education, medical care, commerce, residence, etc.).

Specific scope includes:

Guangzhou Daguan Road (the section from Guangshan Road to Zhongshan Avenue, excluding), East Ring City Expressway (the section from Zhongshan Avenue to Dongpu Bridge, excluding), Pearl River Waterway (the section from Dongpu Bridge to Changzhou Island to Yajisha Bridge to Guanghe Bridge, south of Haizhu District, north of Changzhou Island and Panyu District, west of Haizhu District and Baiyun District, east of Datansha and Jinshazhou). Reservation to apply for peak traffic on working days:

① Non-local passenger cars can make a reservation to apply for peak traffic on working days, no more than 12 working days per calendar year.

② You can log in to the Guangzhou Public Security Bureau portal or the Guangzhou Traffic Police WeChat official account to handle the matter.

③Temporary travel can be applied in advance or after travel. Those who apply after traveling must submit the application before 24:00 that evening to complete the reservation process.
