From May 8th to 10th, the 28th China Beijing International Science and Technology Industry Expo was held at the National Convention Center. Gudong Intelligent demonstrated its self-developed PVG (polarizing volume holographic grating) optical waveguide and GlaxReality G550 AI glasses reference design at the exhibition.

The H2025G on display this time is a PVG single green optical waveguide module, which adopts a single-layer volume holographic PVG structure design to reduce optical stacking in traditional AR optical waveguides. According to official disclosures, the waveguide sheet has a thickness of 0.8mm and a weight of approximately 3.3g, and can be used in lightweight AI+AR glasses solutions.
In terms of display performance, H2025G has a light output of approximately 800 nits/lm, and uses the polarization-selective diffraction characteristics of PVG to reduce light leakage and improve display uniformity.
At the same time, Gudong Intelligent also demonstrated the GlaxReality G550 AI glasses reference design. This product is based on a self-developed PVG single green optical waveguide solution and supports real-time prompting, meeting recording, multi-language translation and other functions. The whole machine weighs about 35g and is positioned for consumer-grade lightweight AI glasses applications.
Gudong Intelligent was established in 2017 and is headquartered in Nansha, Guangzhou. It is mainly engaged in the research and development of diffractive optical waveguides and AR machines. Currently, the company has more than 120 AR-related patents, and its PVG (Polarized Volume Grating) technology is regarded as one of the important technology routes for AR optical waveguides.
In terms of product layout, in March this year, Gudong Intelligent launched AI cooking glasses, equipped with a self-developed full-color array optical waveguide module M2026N. Relevant parameters include a brightness of more than 500 nits, a contrast ratio of 100,000:1, a light transmittance of more than 80%, and a 26° field of view.
In November 2025, the company released full-color AR glasses C3000H for outdoor exploration. The product supports pluggable modules such as thermal imaging, endoscopes and fish finders; in October of the same year, Gudong Intelligent launched the C3000E, an enterprise-level AR device for industrial and agricultural scenarios, using an OLEDoS display solution.
In addition, in September 2025, Gudong Intelligent and Guangfeng Technology jointly released a one-to-two AR glasses optical solution using LCoS and PVG optical waveguide, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement and a purchase order for 10,000 units.
In terms of production capacity construction, Gudong Intelligent has built a 200,000-piece PVG holographic optical waveguide 12-inch wafer automated production line. At the end of last year, the company's co-founder Mr. Wang Jin said in an in-depth exchange with TrendForce that as the demand for AR glasses grows, the company is advancing its production expansion plan and expects to add an annual production capacity of 3 million pieces of PVG optical waveguides by the end of 2026.
