The equipment helps customers improve the production yield of new Micro LED display panels.

According to reports, the Micro LED OS testing equipment delivered by Hefei Xinyihua for this mass production can quickly locate line defects on the drive circuit substrate through contact detection. It can conduct up to 4,000 point tests at the same time without damaging the product. The short circuit detection rate is as high as 100%, and the open circuit detection rate is as high as 99.5% or more.

In addition, this equipment can achieve stepless compatibility testing of 6-22-inch products through fine line defect detection technology, high-precision microneedles, fast alignment algorithms, defect detection process methods and standardized application technologies adapted to multiple categories of products, and the single-chip product test time can be completed within 55s. When it is necessary to switch product types, the equipment can also realize rapid automatic adjustment of the test process.
