Linyang Electronics and Shanghai Samsung signed a strategic cooperation agreement
Linyang Electronics announced on the evening of July 14 that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Linyang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Samsung Semiconductor Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Samsung") have launched in-depth strategic cooperation in the fields of technology research and development, product production, marketing, and brand promotion. They recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" in Nantong.
According to reports, Shanghai Samsung was established in December 2001. Its predecessor was the Shanghai Office of Hong Kong Samsung Electronics. It started doing business in China in 1993. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and established in Shanghai by the world-famous multinational company Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. of South Korea. After years of development, Shanghai Samsung's LED lighting division has leading advantages in technology and scale in the global LED field.
According to the agreement, both parties are each other’s most important support objects and strategic partners in the LED lighting industry chain. Shanghai Samsung promises to support Lin Yang in terms of technology, price, quality, delivery time, credit, etc. in market development, product research and development, and particle procurement, and promises to provide Lin Yang with the most favorable purchase price support in the market; Lin Yang promises to give the Samsung brand the sole priority for LED particles used in LED lighting products under the same business conditions.
In addition, Linyang Electronics fully leverages its advantages in R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain management of LED application products, and Samsung fully leverages its R&D advantages in brand, channels, and upstream LED lamp beads. The two parties are each other's most important support objects and strategic partners in the development, manufacturing, and market expansion of application products. Both parties jointly develop LED projects in the Chinese market.
