The mass production line was built by Chengdu Chenxian Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chenxian Optoelectronics), with a total investment of over 3 billion yuan. This mass production line includes a full-process automated intelligent production line for transfer process, backplane process and module process, reflecting the significant progress of Micro-LED technology on the road to commercialization. "Mass production means that this technology is maturing and its application is gradually becoming more popular, and companies can immediately achieve mass shipments." The person in charge of Chenxian Optoelectronics said in an interview that the company's current customers are concentrated in the commercial display field, and it will expand more application scenarios next year.
Micro-LED technology is known as the "next generation display technology" for its excellent performance, ultra-long service life and extremely high energy efficiency ratio. Micro-LED technology can significantly improve picture quality in movies, games or professional graphics.Present clearer, more realistic, and colorful image effects in scenes such as design; Micro-LED technology supports higher resolutions to meet consumer demand for oversized, ultra-high-definition display devices.
Currently, the number of Micro-LED patent applications in mainland China is growing rapidly, and technology research and development activity has increased significantly. Many enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions have devoted themselves to the Micro-LED industry to carry out related research and development work, and have published a number of Micro-LED invention patents. At the same time, the application fields of Micro-LED continue to expand. In addition to the traditional display field, it also shows broad application prospects in vehicle display, wearable devices, smart homes and other fields.
