VueReal stated that these design reference kits are an important step in simplifying and popularizing Micro LED integration. The kit can help companies design and manufacture innovative Micro LED products more efficiently, reduce costs and shorten time to market. At CES 2025, VueReal will demonstrate the capabilities of its design reference suite and its patented MicroSolid Printing™ technology.
It is reported that VueReal has achieved efficient and massive transfer of LED chips from wafer to backplane through its proprietary MicroSolid Printing™ technology platform, producing high-performance active matrix Micro LED displays. CurrentlyVueReal is actively promoting the application of the company's Micro LED technology in consumer fields such as wearable devices, TVs, IT applications and AR.
In addition to currently manufacturing Micro LED displays and lighting products for the automotive industry in Canada, VueReal also licenses its MicroSolid Printing™ technology to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), display manufacturers and hardware manufacturers globally.
It is worth noting that in 2024, VueReal will be active in the field of Micro LED. It has deepened its cooperation with Rhenium Technology, and also established a strategic partnership with semiconductor equipment manufacturer Toray Engineering of Japan to combine MicroSolid Printing™ technology with Toray's PL inspection tools to improve Micro LED inspection efficiency.
In terms of products, VueReal cooperated with the German Continental Group to create Micro LED automotive display products. In May, VueReal launched a new full-color AR microdisplay ColourFusion™, which can improve the clarity and color accuracy standards of microdisplays. In the same month, VueReal launched a low-cost and high-performance Micro LED large-scale display technology solution-QuantumVue™.
