TCL's T6L series TVs are available in five sizes, including 98-inch (10,999 yuan), 85-inch (6,199 yuan), 75-inch (4,799 yuan), 65-inch (3,699 yuan) and 55-inch (2,899 yuan). They will be officially launched through all channels on December 16.

TCL upgraded Mini LED backlight technology from five technical directions: light-emitting chips, lenses, OD, light and shadow control algorithms, and screens.

In terms of light-emitting chips, TCL has upgraded from traditional sapphire substrate chips to super-high-gloss crystal substrates, and adopted the ALD atomic-level corrosion-resistant process. Compared with the previous generation chip, the brightness has increased by 53.8%, and the energy efficiency has been improved.rose 10%.
The lens is upgraded to the fourth generation solution, using an upgraded version of arch bridge light control technology, using LSR flexible optical material, micro-nano 3D molding process, and elite light pattern calculation model. The product has a multi-refraction light control design. Backlight uniformity is improved by 86%, halo control capability is improved by 67%, and optical stability is improved by 8 times.
In terms of OD mixing distance, TCL said that the smaller the OD value, the stronger the halo control ability, which also means the smaller the distance between the TV backlight panel and the diffusion plate. Therefore, TCL believes that the thickness of the TV is less than 60mm to achieve macro OD, so that the partitions do not affect each other, effectively control the halo, and achieve high brightness uniformity.
In terms of light and shadow control algorithm, TCL has achieved transient response through self-developed light and shadow control algorithm, and the backlight response has zero delay and no afterimage, which is clearer; it has achieved two-way 23bit, over one billion levels of fine dimming, and the picture effect is more delicate. Through the ultra-dynamic light and shadow bionic algorithm, the picture signal is intelligently optimized to achieve higher contrast and more picture details.
In terms of screens, TCL has brought Huaxing HVA screens, which use liquid crystal molecules arranged in a vertical electric field and use the polymer material polyimide. The liquid crystal molecules are arranged in a butterfly wing shape to achieve strong light-shielding ability and high contrast.
In terms of color, T6L uses the latest quantum dot Pro 2025, which uses colorful quantum crystal technology to make the screenReaching 157%, BT.709, 98% DCI-P3 color gamut; 1.07 billion colors, 95% full-screen color purity. In addition, TCL technology also brings colorful XDR, which maintains peak brightness for longer.
T6L is also equipped with TCL’s self-developed Fuxi AI large model. This technology supports rapid understanding of user needs and provides personalized content recommendations and intelligent interaction. At the same time, the Fuxi AI system has also deeply optimized the audio and video performance, and through full-link intelligent adjustment, the TV can present the best audio-visual effects in different environments.
