Mulinsen: 300 million yuan capital increase to develop Jingjing, shareholding ratio increased to 25.50%

On the evening of June 28, Mulinsen Co., Ltd. issued an announcement: The company plans to increase capital to develop Jingjing Lighting (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kabajing") with its own capital of RMB 300,000,000. Through this capital increase, the shareholding ratio of Kabujing will increase from 10.91% to 25.50%.

The 30th meeting of the second board of directors of Mulinsen reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Additional Investment in the Development of Crystal Lighting (Xiamen) Co., Ltd." The company and Development Crystal and its shareholders Shenzhen Great Wall Development Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Technology"), Epistar JV Holding (BVI) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingyuan Optoelectronics"), Yiguanjing (Fujian) Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Epistar Optoelectronics"), Co. There is no related relationship between untry Lighting and Largan Bright Holdings. Therefore, this investment does not involve related transactions and does not constitute a major asset reorganization. The transaction amount does not reach the scope of the shareholders' meeting's review authority. This investment can be implemented after being reviewed and approved by the board of directors.

As of the date of signing of this agreement, Kaifajing’s registered capital is US$136,551,724 and there are 6 shareholders. Kaifajing was established in April 2011 as a joint venture between Shenzhen Technology, a core member company of China Electronics, which holds 44% of the equity, Jingyuan Optoelectronics (40% of the equity), Yiguanjing (9% of the equity) and CountryLighting (7% of the equity).

After the completion of this investment, Mulinsen will extend to the upstream of the LED industry chain through strategic investment, completing the layout of the entire industry chain and playing an important role in the company's future development. At the same time, through the development of patented technology and market cooperation with Bridgelux in the United States, the company's related products can effectively break through foreign patent barriers and pave the way for the internationalization of the company's products, which will further enhance the company's brand influence and core competitiveness.
