Nearly 100 million yuan, MicroLED related company Chuangrui Spectrum completed Pre-A round of financing

Recently, Dalian Chuangrui Spectrum Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuangrui Spectrum") announced the completion of nearly 100 million yuan in Pre-A round financing. This round of financing was led by Lightspeed Photonics, followed by existing shareholder Legend Capital, and Index Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor. The funds raised will be mainly used for technology research and development and production capacity expansion.

Chuangrui Spectroscopy was established in 2016 and focuses on the industrial application of transient spectroscopy technology. The company relies on transient spectroscopy technology to build a full range of products and services from basic scientific research to pan-semiconductor testing. The company has implemented self-research on key technologies and core components such as spectroscopy systems, lasers, OPOs, detectors, and automation, as well as software and motion control algorithms.

Chuangrui Spectroscopy has developed new high-end detection equipment, while breaking through the capabilities of existing optical detection methods, effectively extending into high-end manufacturing fields such as silicon carbide power devices, perovskite photovoltaic components, and Micro LED display panels.
