The total investment of the project is not less than 2 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 190,000 square meters. The project is mainly used to build R&D and production sites, advanced LED packaging and application production lines, focusing on the production of RGB small spacing, Mini/Micro LED, TOP/CHIP LED and other products, mainly used in ultra-high definition and new smart displays, smart car lights, smart homes, UV sterilization and other fields.
Information shows that Nationstar Optoelectronics is mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of electronic components. Its main products are divided into LED epitaxial wafers and chip products, LED packaging and component products, integrated circuit packaging and testing products, and third-generation compound semiconductor packaging and testing products. In the first half of this year, Nationstar Optoelectronics achieved total operating income of 1.854 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.40%, and net profit attributable to the parent company was 56.2458 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4..53%.

The investor of this project is CIC Guohui (Shenzhen) Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., with a planned total investment of 5.2 billion yuan, with an investment of 3 billion yuan in the first phase and approximately 2.2 billion yuan in the second phase. The project leases an existing factory of 180,000 square meters in the Laiwu Yingcheng Electronic Information Industrial Park covering an area of 182 acres, and has 90 new production lines. It mainly produces optoelectronic terminal products such as LED display micro-pitch, Mini/Micro LED display modules, audio-visual entertainment displays, xR virtual reality scenes, etc. After the project is completed, it will achieve an annual output value of 10 billion yuan, and plans to achieve an independent IPO within 5 years.
