Recently, Hubei Xiaogan Olympic Sports Center was officially put into use. The 6 large LED screens in the venue use P10 full-color displays. There are two full-color display screens in the stadium, with a height of 10.96 meters and a width of 18.6 meters. They can achieve microsecond-level response speeds and meet the real-time requirements of large-scale competitions.

The center has a total construction area of approximately 147,000 square meters, including stadiums, gymnasiums, swimming pools and other facilities. Peng Xu, project leader of Xiaogan Olympic Sports Center of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, said that the multi-functional gymnasium of the Olympic Sports Center covers an area of 1,800 square meters. It is the first comprehensive venue in Central China to adopt the world's top "ice basketball" rapid conversion system, which can realize seamless switching between "ice sports" and "basketball events" scenes for 48 hours, and can also be quickly converted into a venue for diverse scenarios such as concerts, e-sports competitions, and various exhibitions.

At the same time, the venue uses a removable movable wooden floor and an intelligent temperature control ice system. The system can accurately control the ice thickness error to 0.5 mm, the temperature fluctuation range is less than 1 degree Celsius, and the average annual utilization rate can be increased to more than 80%.

It is understood that the Olympic GamesThe center lighting uses optical anti-glare lenses and single light source SMD packaging technology. Venue lighting can intelligently switch parameters such as brightness and color according to different scenes.


In addition, the multi-functional gymnasium uses domestic advanced technology CFD airflow simulation to optimize the length of the air supply duct and achieve uniform pre-adjusting of air volume, so that the audience's physical sensation is always in the best state. The project team of the China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Urban Investment and Operation Company used the precise control technology of digital twins to achieve the splicing of the steel structure and concrete, as well as the precise positioning of each component in the arrangement of the skylight horsewalk.
