Zhaochi Co., Ltd.: Promote the development of new businesses such as Mini/Micro LED and optical communication devices

Zhaochi Co., Ltd. stated that the company’s LED business has grown into the company’s second growth curve. In the first half of 2024, the net profit contribution of the LED industry chain exceeded 50% for the first time, showing strong potential; the shipment volume of subsidiary Zhaochi Semiconductor Mini RGB chips has reached the industry-leading level, with monthly shipments of up to 12,000KK units, and a market share of more than 50%; the company's total chip business output is 1.1 million pieces/month, of which gallium nitride chip output is 1.05 million pieces/month (4-inch pieces).

In addition, Zhaochi Co., Ltd. said that since 2023, the company has actively deployed in the field of optical communications, and has initially built a vertical industry chain covering terminal optical communications devices, modules and core raw material chips. In the future, the company will continue to actively expand into the new field of optical communication devices and further expand the company's business territory. Ruifeng Optoelectronics: LED light sources have passed AEC-Q102 automotive grade certification

Ruifeng Optoelectronics' products are mainly divided into two categories: LED products and electronic paper products. LED products include lighting LEDs, backlight LEDs and display LEDs. In the first half of 2024, LED products achieved sales revenue of 628.7764 million yuan, an increase of 4.71% over the same period last year; accounting for 92.77% of the main business revenue.

In the field of automotive LEDs, Ruifeng Optoelectronics has a complete automotive-grade LED product system, an independent automotive-grade manufacturing and testing system, and can provide full-vehicle lighting & vehicle-mounted display solutions. The company can provide LED light source full lighting solutions, including high and low beams, turn lights, ambient lights, interior lighting, rear turn/reversing lights, rear position/brake lights, etc. All LED light sources have passed AEC-Q102 vehicle regulatory certification. At present, the company's automotive LED product solutions have been applied to multiple models of domestic and Sino-foreign joint ventures.

CVTE: Cinema screen products have been launched in domestic and overseas markets one after another

CVTE stated that the company is currently continuing to increase its investment in LED, computing equipment, power electronics and other business fields, and related businesses have maintained rapid growth.

Among them, the LED business relies on DCI certified movie screens and will achieve multi-screen implementation in domestic and overseas markets in 2024. Its industry-first three-fold immersive LED movie screen system can create "digital immersive space solutions" for customers, suitable for application scenarios such as cinemas and conferences.

Ledman Optoelectronics: Vietnam lighting base has steadily released production and sales capabilities; PM glass-based Micro LED small batch trial production

Ledman Optoelectronics’ main business is Micro LED large-size ultra-high-definition display and LED lighting business. Ledman Optoelectronics revealed that in terms of LED lighting business, the company has built its own LED smart lighting product production base in Vietnam, and actively promotes the construction and management of overseas supply chains to improve the localization rate of raw material procurement. At present, the Vietnam base has been steadily releasing production and sales capabilities. Under the current new overseas trade situation, the company is actively making relevant preparations and planning, relying on its existing overseas production bases and rationally arranging LED display production capacity to reduce possible tariff impacts.

In terms of Micro LED display, Ledman Optoelectronics has achieved small batch trial production of PM-driven glass-based Micro LED display panels. Currently, the company is actively exploring and upgrading glass-based technology, and actively promotes the construction of pilot bases, constantly exploring new application scenarios and technology upgrade paths, and meeting the needs of multi-scenario, low-cost, low-energy consumption applications in the fields of future dedicated displays, commercial displays, and home displays.
