2,514 myopia prevention and control classrooms in primary and secondary schools in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province have carried out classroom lighting renovation

Currently, 2,514 classrooms have been constructed and 2,343 classrooms have been renovated. The reporter learned that according to the "2023 Technical Guidelines for Myopia Prevention and Control Classroom Lighting Renovation Engineering in Primary and Secondary Schools in Fujian Province", classroom lighting equipment needs to follow "GB40070-2021 Hygiene Requirements for Myopia Prevention and Control of Children and Adolescents' School Supplies", and must fully consider the growth and development characteristics of children and adolescents, and design based on actual conditions such as myopia prevention and control needs, building structure conditions, and the location of existing equipment in classrooms.
